1/2″ Venturi Fertilizer Injector Assembly

1/2″ Inline Fertilizer Injector Assembly includes a Venturi injector, a suction line kit (a piece of water tube, a flow controller and a filter) and the fittings required to convert it to 3/4″ MHT x 3/4″ FHT to enable easy connection to a 3/4″ garden hose.

This assembly can be used with our Gator 250 and Gator 1000 Drip Irrigation Kits. The Gator 100 is not large enough to enable the injector to work properly. We recommend a minimum flow rate of 1.5 gallons per minute.

This kit now includes an atmospheric vacuum breaker, to prevent any potential backflow of fertilizer!

Fertilizer injectors are a fast and simple way to feed an entire garden, landscape, nursery or greenhouse. This style of Venturi fertilizer injector is to be installed directly into your irrigation line.

What is a Venturi Fertilizer Injectors?
A venturi is a device which creates a vacuum when fluid flows through it. The fluid which creates the vacuum is know as the motive fluid. The motive fluid for irrigation injectors is the irrigation water itself. Vacuum created by the venturi sucks fertilizer or chemical into motive water.

How to work a Venturi?
This Venturi is water driven, for example, it is driven by the pressure of the main irrigation line. The energy to run these devices reduces the irrigation water pressure of the water line.

Applications:
Fertilizer and chemical injection through drip and sprinkler irrigation systems.
